Xenios Blockchain Group (XBG), the Athens-based company and leading expert in blockchain technology, has completed a Share Capital Increase of EUR 0.75 million to grow its team and build its tokenization platform following the successful issuance of the first digital corporate bond. In addition, XBG with the funding raised will deliver key infrastructure to blockchain projects, other than those related to capital markets, which are lined up for delivery until year end.
XBG aspires to drive the wave of securities tokenization which would digitize capital markets with blockchain technology. XBG has deep knowledge of both the blockchain technology as well as the legal framework required to deliver efficient solutions in full compliance with the laws and regulations. Our new investors come from the telecommunication and industrial sectors and have a deep understanding of the need for innovative ways of financing, which is what XBG builds on new financial rails driven by blockchain technology.
